1 /5 Gonzalez Gonzalez: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashier was very rude. I Felt uncomfortable. Yelled at me to get my receipt & I accidentally left a bag behind, focus on that… I Called right away, spoke to a manager about my visit she’s didn’t care just said “oh ok” then mentioned my bag was there to bring proof of purchase, I went the next day with my receipt and was told by the other manager that the items were put back because there was no communication between them and that is yet not my fault and she expected me to look for my items I purchased! very unprofessional, no sympathy.

1 /5 Z: Customer service is the worse they ignore you while they talk amongst themselves;; I was truly shocked how unorganized it is the lanes are not wheel chair friendly and for how cluttered it is , I had to dig to look through things n their was many items not put in the right place so you had to hunt this store ain’t worth the discounts i have to squeeze in a lane w a cart that don’t fit and dig , you can tell the employees don’t care a few years ago it was way more organized then it is now truly disappointed I would expect the lack of care for a store in the northeast not here in the west side

3 /5 Alicia Barrientos: When we walked in everyone greeted us which was great!! And we found so many cute/affordable things at the store. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because when we were ready to pay the workers did not attend us. There was 3 workers at the cash register just talking and it seemed as if they were ignoring us. They didn’t ask if we were ready to pay or anything. They just stood there and kept on talking. Once we left that’s when they all separated. If not I would’ve easily given this store 5 stars.

5 /5 Brandy Guillen: This place is great! It’s a lot like Ross. They have some great stuff at low prices. I’ve been several times and I’ve been happy with the products that I find. Sometimes with the low prices you get really cheaply made items but much to my surprise I’ve found some good items that are made well. This includes clothing, bags and household items. I’m happy with this store and I check often to what deals they have. I’m glad we finally got a DD’s here.
