David Phelps Want to give a BIG shout out to employee Ms Tangee. A simple transaction @ her check out line, PROVES, genuine old fashioned, FRIENDLY customer service still exists! All of her teammates @ the front counter, AND the Mgr on duty, behind them, also seemed very nice & customer oriented. Highly recommend this store for your shopping needs!

Melissa Mize Very nice. Need more employees amso short handed. Everyone nice. But waited an hour to get help in jewelry department. Prices high and very high on other items. Employees very nice. Just need more of them.

Brandy Guillen This place is great! It’s a lot like Ross. They have some great stuff at low prices. I’ve been several times and I’ve been happy with the products that I find. Sometimes with the low prices you get really cheaply made items but much to my surprise I’ve found some good items that are made well. This includes clothing, bags and household items. I’m happy with this store and I check often to what deals they have. I’m glad we finally got a DD’s here.

Manuel Reyes Store has changed a lot since the last time Ive been there, the managers are very nice as well as employees, I have seen a lot of improvement clean,organized and freindly. Everyone always has something negative to say. We have been shopping at this location for about 5 yrs I will continue to shop their and no where else.keep it up rue 21.

Leyley Really nice and clean store, and not too busy. Its located inside Richland Mall and quite big enough because they have great selection of women, men, and kids. The sales are usually good but bigger sizes are scarce. Also, you can get 15 percent coupon if you bring old clothes. Good customer service, lovely selection of clothes and reasonable prices.
