5 /5 Rose ramirez: Dillards is one and only store we always shop because of the deals are so great.. Alot of selections and the employee name Bettany, she is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very accomodating and she is the assest of the company. My husband and I are always deal with her everytime we purchased at dillards. Highly recommended.

1 /5 Madison Supplee: I went to Dillards to look for business attire for an interview, I asked for help told Zoe what I wanted, she got it for me but trying to find sizes was hard apparently and she told me go to a different department / section of the women’s store so I could afford it… I was offend that she thought I could afford in her section…

5 /5 Joan Boggs: Very beautiful store. Love the displays. Its like youre walking into a store in your dreams. All the merchandise is neatly displayed in beautiful display cases. All shiny and new. You dont see displays like this in very many places in Lubbock. It was like being taken back to the mid century modern era, where you were treated like a guest. Employees greet you and ask if they can show you the newest perfume, shoe or dress. Like having a friend shop with you so you can make the choices that look best for you.

5 /5 Karla Venable: Went in today(10/13/25) to buy bras. Needed to be measured. Denice took care of me! She was kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I got the bras I needed! This is in such stark contrast to another place that I bought bras for years! I will be going back! Thank you, Denice, for being kind and compassionate!!

The associates are always so friendly and kind to me when I walk in and I love going to the James Avery in the mall cause they are always so nice and always willing to go above and beyond to help me especially Luisa. And I’m a big Coach and Ugg’s girl and they have a very nice selection than before.
