Dillards Clearance Center - (Near Irving, TX)

4 /5 PH: This place really surprised me. Diamond in the rough. First time visiting Irving mall. I was almost about to leave when I found this place figure I step in and window shop. Found all kinds cool shirts. Willie Nelson tees, ONeil, Hurley, some other well known shirt brands too. Too many to list. Found this one section so many cool graphic tees. Didnt really interact with the cashiers since I just browsed but im sure they are all pretty friendly. Def plan to stop by on my next visit.

1 /5 Andrew Bhatia: My second time here. Last time 2 young ladies were cursing. I showed them grace. Today, I walked in men’s room to try in about 7-8 pairs of slacks, not knowing they close that down (per elderly lady). I said I’ll be done in 5minutes, she once again visitors and said I’ll give you 2 minutes. In hurry I tried my stuff on and walked out. Once i started walking towards the cashier, the elderly lady shouted SIR, come here. Take this basket with clothes and give it to cashier. As I was shocked. She stated they close at 6:45pm. As I was unaware. I spoke to Jose the sales manager, and discussed with him and his response thank you for letting us know. My question is? Is it My job to do what she asked me to do, while she went and sat down on the chair in the Men’s attendant room? I understand people get tired, especially provably her too, but call a customer (an adult and treat them with this is absolutely absurd. It’s quite clear that employees to management are very unclear of their duties. I will call the corporate to speak with the VP on Monday. Ridiculousness. Wow !

5 /5 LaToya Rainwater: I went specifically looking for a womens winter coat but was disappointed to find they were completely out of stock. However, the trip wasnt a loss! I managed to find some really nice shirts and high-quality jeans for just a fraction of the usual cost. The savings and quality of the apparel I did find made the visit well worth it. Definitely worth checking out their clothing selections for good deals!

1 /5 Bao Sharp: I was there today. It was, I believe, an Indian or Indonesian girl at the fitting room. I’m an Asian woman. I’m not trying to be racist, just a description. It was very uncomfortable and she was very rude. She was refusing me to a fitting room. The sign said 10 items or less and I only had 2 items. She reluctantly let me in and when I got out to give her what I didn’t want, she had a horrible and hateful look. The store is great, love the shoe section, but really need to hire the right people for the job.

5 /5 Sylvia Aziz: My familys has been coming here for over a decade and we love it! It was well organized when we went today, very impressed with the selection. Youre getting Antonio Melani, Under Armour, and Gianni Bini for a fraction of the price and its great quality clothes! Love it.
