5 /5 J T: I honestly cant say enough good things about HEB, whether it is small rural HEB or HEB plus. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with a bright, clean, and well-organized store. The produce section is always incredibly fresh, vibrant, and diverse – I consistently find the highest quality fruits and vegetables here, often with unique seasonal selections.
What really sets this store apart, though, is their incredible staff. Every single employee Ive encountered, from the cashiers to the deli counter, has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. Theyre always ready to assist, answer questions, and even go the extra mile to help you find a specific item. Checkout is consistently quick and efficient, even during peak hours.
Their selection is fantastic, offering a great balance of everyday specialty items, and locally sourced produce, the support locally farmers, prices are also very competitive, especially considering the superior quality and service.
Shopping at HEB isnt just a chore; its a genuinely pleasant experience. They make grocery shopping enjoyable, and I leave feeling happy with my purchases every time. This is hands down my favorite grocery store, and I highly recommend it to everyone! HEB is for Texans!!!
