Fe P. Walked in ready to shop for bottoms that can be worn both casually and for work. The two girls near the front of the store were gossiping on about something (I could hear their conversation). They barely looked up and didnt greet me. Fine. So I browsed and grabbed a pair of pants that I liked that wasnt in my size. Was gonna ask a question about them. Still, the girls stood there enjoying their conversation. Ms. Audrey was working the fitting room and saw that I was looking around, and she very nicely greeted me. The girls looked on as I thanked Audrey who did what she could from her post. I clearly stated that I had hoped to find my size and that I was looking to buy pants that were not skinny jeans. Still, they turned and continued laughing and talking then relocated to the petite section as if my needing help bothered their convo. They continued on never saying a single word to me, or to anyone else, and I decided to spend money elsewhere. Shame. They had a good selection. This happened at 4:30p today. Chrissy Sperry Ive been wanting to try this place and today I finally did. Really liked it! Store was smaller than I thought it would be but they have a great selection of my fave styles. Good prices. Picked up a funky sweater and a blouse. Store is clean and lots of mirrors plus two huge mirrors in the middle of the store. Fitting rooms are nice but are super cold. Brrrr! They also have a decent selection of jewelry. They have all sizes. Staff is friendly and engaging. Parking is convenient too. I plan to return.

Kristina Vigil Okay so I normally dont ever make reviews about department stores but this particular review has to do with the customer service for Zumiez I ordered a pair of shoes that were shipped to me that were in mens and I ended up having to send them back and get a different size it was very simple and the customer service was absolutely impeccable and understanding and everything was very fast!! So this is a big shout out to customer service and yes the original shoes were purchased in the Lubbock Zumiez
