Trudy Heywood Love this store. I ordered two pillows online for pickup at this store. My email said to go to Customer Service. I saw 2 overhead signs in the store and followed them only to end up at checkout. There was a nice lady monitoring the line and cashiers. She went to get the pillows for me! Outstanding customer service!

Gina Yannone I love when Kohls takes 50% off on all clearance prices! Not only did I come in Saturday night and shopped until they closed, I came back the next day to pick up a few more great deals. Luciana was my cashier at the Round Rock location and she is awesome! slShe checked me out on Saturday evening and when I came back in on Sunday, she remembered me and we had some great conversations while we were waiting on a couple of price checks. And thanks to my great deals, I received a lot of Kohl’s cash that I am now spending on some Mickey Mouse items that I would not have purchased otherwise …. but when it’s free, you can’t beat that!

Maritza Vazquez When over there yesterday and bought some clothes, two cologne and a perfume, when I got home I went to take it out of the bag and I had a cologne missing I called today to let the girl know that Im missing a cologne she was so rude and told me that it wasnt nothing left there and that nobody saw anything on the counter, I asked her if she can ask if they found the cologne probably someone put it back on the shelves and she said that she for fact knows that nobody saw anything there(with out asking) I told her that I dont have the other cologne in my bag and she said to me with an attitude ; " and Im telling "You" that it wasnt left in the counter." I dont think she would have even notice if she missed putting it in the bag because she was to attentetive to her cell phone texting most of the time I was in the store. they shouldnt have people like that working in a store dealing with customers.

Albert Beltran Just left Dollar General tonight. I was looking for items for my families cemetery plots. The young lady in there helped me find what I needed. Everything was neatly stocked. I was treated warmly with a smile and exceptional service. Thank you again, I’ll be coming back more often.
