Zavian Ali The service was great! I bought this deck online and it arrived at Zumiez within 3 days! Sarah built this board for me and gave good opinions on how to take care of it. I love the purple with the black trucks. Overall the service was good the people at the cashier were very welcoming. Greeting us in and out of the store. They made me very comfortable around them and even let my friends try some of their boards. This was a great and fun experience!

Pamela Jones The only reason I shop at LB at the RR location is because of the Customer Service I get from Milicent!! She has been there for a few years, and I love her kindness. If Milicent was not at this location I would not shop with LB because their prices have gone up. Kudos for Milicent!!

Sandra Anderson I love coming here it’s a small store (a plus). And the ladies in there will actually give you an honest opinion on how something looks on you before you buy it. Since I usually shop alone this is a big help; just because I like a certain outfit doesn’t mean it’s flattering on me. If they’re out of your size they can order it and always offer. It’s one of my favorite stores due to great service.

J D Zeek Great place to shop. Super friendly staff and they are great stylist. Theyre always helpful in putting an outfit together. They offer great suggestions and they are tactful in offering other options when the customers have the wrong combination. I shop the two Catos in Tyler and Longview, the Marshall location is most definitely superior in selection and customer service. They are also faster at updating their markdowns.
