5 /5 whitney escobar: We stopped by the outlets on our way back from Galveston, knowing we didn’t have much time before they closed. When we walked into PacSun it was 8:54, and I was surprised they even had the doors unlocked still. I was telling my girls to hurry and make their selections and the guys working there were SO cool, they told us to take our time and that there was no rush. They calmly folded clothes while we shopped, allowing us to get what we needed. They stayed open about 10 extra minutes for us and were so kind about it. That’s super rare these days! I’m definitely coming back here for back to school shopping. Amazing service.

1 /5 Cilla Vaz: If I could leave no stars I would have left no stars. I just left this Pacsun store in complete disbelief. Their store Manager Tristan was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. They have a wall full of graphic tees that says buy one get one half off. When you pick your shirts and take them to the counter to pay they then tell you the shirts really are not buy one get one half off. I asked them about the huge wall and advertising they said that only a few shirts are buy on get one half off. When I asked if they could show me which ones were the store manager said no we dont have time to pick shirts out for you as he say on a box behind the counter playing on his phone. I was in complete disbelief that a store at this outlet could treat people this way. It is the holiday season and it is a shame we had to walk out of the store empty handed when we were there to buy gifts for our kids. We will never again go to this store. Tristan the store manager needs a large amount of training or he needs to be demoted.

4 /5 Jerry Hamric: PacSun has great sales that my youngest son takes full advantage of. He likes the selection of pants, shirts, and hoodies. We shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall store several times a year.
