Shoe Dept. - (Near Gatesville, TX)

Diane Frossard Women’s restroom was filthy as though it had not been cleaned in a while, dirty toilet bowls, toilet paper on floor, trash can full, one stall out of order. We stopped there again 4 days later passing back through Burnet on our travels back home to get gas & bathroom still not clean, same dirty toilet bowl, same stall out of order, etc. This has been our refuel stop of choice for a number of years & bathrooms used to be maintained & very clean, sad… Update to this review from several months ago: I made a gas & bathroom stop on 11/3/2025, & the bathrooms were clean. Very nice! So changing my review to 5 stars

Animesh D Clean store and merchandise in stock. The items price is always competitive. There’s some designer products available and comparatively at lower price. The staff is nice and ample parking outside.

Debbie Messina Today I called the store looking for a particular garment. The sales representative that answered the phone is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of what Customer Service SHOULD be. Her name is BRIANNA. When she answered the phone her tone of voice was sweet , kind, and respectful not rushed as so many others in different areas of customer can be. She took on the task of going to look for a particular garment asked me to please hold and she would go look.. in less than 2 minutes BRIANNA was back on the phone still with the pleasant tone in her voice and told me the good news , my garment was there and in the size I was needing. I thanked her for her kindness and willingness to help and she still had a respectful attitude. Never as if it was a bother to her to have to go look . I told her I would be there to pick the garment up today . Upon my arrival at the store I had no worries that BRIANNA had forgotten or just didn’t honor her word.. I knew my garment would be in the hold bin. I let a team lead know how pleased I was with BRIANNA’s customer service. I had walked around the store looking at the new holiday arrivals but before I left I wanted to make sure I let this young lady know in person how much she was appreciated, so they called her to the front I was able to shake her hand and say thank you. On an added note .. the store was super clean and they were stocking with new arrivals. 5 Stars to the store today.

A Allen The crew working at this location were very friendly. I enjoyed visiting with them. The hatch chili chimichangas ware amazing. One of the things I miss most about West Texas is Allsups. I’ll be stopping here again traveling through Seymour. Keep up the good work!
