1 /5 Nancy Starr: Reputable biz alright. Bad reputation from what see . Im trying to pick up my order from wish. No answer, doors closed, no nothing. I think this place is a front. Im to let wish know to drop this place of biz, not offer it as a pick up . I will select another ,location to pick up my orders. """Funny how you have time to reply here, but you dont answer phone, and you dont return my message. WISH customer service said my 3 items were delivered at your store on May 23. Your location Tyler st. Those are my paid items, not yours to re sell.

1 /5 Brenda Deleon: I have been trying to pick up a wish order for a while they are NEVER opened for the full hours of operation as they state on the door. I called several times before driving over there and no answer as well at this point idk if the number is correct. I finally picked up my order and I mentioned all this to the employee and he wasnt shaken by any of it. I waited outside the closed store and saw someone walking oh so slow to the door no rush considering the store is supposed to be open at 2:30 in the afternoon. Simply disappointed I almost missed my deadline to pick up my items.

1 /5 Luci A: If I could give no stars I would. The “owner” is the rudest person ever!! I asked if she worked there and she said she did, when I told her what I was needing she proceeded to make a phone call and when off the phone just stood there. I asked what happened and she said she called her son because he was running 2 other stores and when he had time he would come by....I asked how long and she said she didn’t know. She then said she was retired and didn’t know how to do anything, only her son did. IF YOU ARE THE OWNER KNOW HOW TO RUN YOUR OWN STORE!!! Especially if you can’t afford but the one employee that has to work there because he’s your son. As we walked out the “owner” started yelling at us. I DON’T recommend this place AT ALL.

5 /5 Asia Lyons: my problems were fixed the situation was handled very professionally. This just goes to show not all people are heartless and this world isn’t so bad I will be going back if I need anymore piercings.

1 /5 Iris Juarez: I got both my traguss pierced there and to start off the guy was rude and seemed careless. Later on I started to get a pain and it started to swell up and I know was not part of the healing process so I went back and asked him if it was infected and he told me no that I had to just clean it so he recommend me a spray then it got worse and I couldnt even see the inside of my ear I had to go to the doctor and it was a very painful experience. Then I went to another piecing place to get them pierced again and they told me I didnt even have enough Tragus to pierce it and I hadnt even told them what had happened to me. Even though its cheaper I dont recommend this place at all.
