1 /5 Kristin Barr: I bought some underwear and it wound up being defective. I followed the care instructions and the garment ripped. I tried to take it back to the this store for a refund and they refused, saying Id have to go through the manufacturer. They refused, saying I had to go through the local store. I went through your website and was refused again, saying they wouldnt override the stores decision. So, Im stuck with a shoddy product because you dont care. Im out $$ because you dont care. Ill never shop at your store again! Is this how you treat your customers? I have given you a lot of my business, but no more!
Date of experience: 7 February 2026, and it was within the 30 day window. I had the garment and receipt with me, but they refused and when I asked how they were going to make thisright, all they said was "sorry." I dont want an apology, I want my money back!
