J D I shop this Target location regularly as a Shipt shopper, and overall the team does a solid job. Employees are generally approachable, cashiers are polite and efficient, and management presence is noticeable.
I do want to recognize the effort from team members who take the time to go to the back and look for items when something isn’t on the shelf — that follow-through makes a real difference and is appreciated.
That said, there are times when shelves aren’t stocked as efficiently as they could be, which can be frustrating during busy periods. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s an area where improvement would make the experience smoother for both customers and shoppers.
Overall, this is a good store with a hardworking team. With a little more consistency in stocking, it could easily be a great one.
