Anthropologie - Shop WA (Near Spokane)

A J I would like to rate this store after years of shopping and comparison with other brands. First, money/quality ratio. BR has kept its bar of using natural materials, great craftsmanship over the years. I can easily find 100% cotton, wool, cashmere pieces, that are not only comfortable to skin, but also last for years, a big YES! In comparison, nowadays other brands like to use synthetic materials instead, for example Jcrew, Madewell, I can find most $120 tagged sweaters made out of more than 70% polyester, a big NO! Second, they maintained the cut over the years, any jeans or top or dress on me, make me look 10lb slimmer. Other similar price range brands don’t do this job well. Third, the stuff at this store. I often met the Hawaiian lady, she is always pleasant to work with , chat to, super friendly and helpful. And other ladies I met less often, they’re very nice too. So after years, I’ve passed on many brands due to lowing quality, BR now become my go to place for long lasting pieces.

Anastasia Feschuk Brenda was incredible with us in the fitting rooms. She was so attentive, listening to what we needed and providing input as well. She made us feel special and is so wonderful at her job. The store is large and has a wide variety of clothing and home goods. Their accessory options were great too!

Kailey Fuhs One of my favorite places to shop whenever I pass by! As a petite person, it is often super difficult for me to find nice work clothes, but this place has a wonderful petite section! The customer service here has always amazing, and I felt very cared for in my search for petite work pants. Lovenia, one of the employees there, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. She checked in on how everything was fitting and helped me find the perfect work pants -- brining different sizes and styles as needed. As far as price goes, it is an expensive store, but the clothes are quality, making purchases very justifiable. The investment is worth it! Thank you to everyone who works at this establishment; I highly recommend this outlet store.

Ruby Solorzano Morales Ive never shopped at J. Jill until this first visit in January 2022 because their regular collection as merchandised appears suitable only for taller people but I just realized they have a petite section both in store and online which is now somewhat rare. It was end of winter and they didnt have much in stock but I purchased a rose colored embroidered cotton tunic that is now one of my favorite shirts.

Linda Jacquot Very well made clothing for mature women. Beautifully laid out displays. The staff is very helpful and nice. We never leave J.Jill without buying something!
