In particular, Id like to highlight the exemplary service and dedication of two of your managers, Rayleigh Spence and Hayden Deceault. Their commitment to the Zumiez brand, coupled with their genuine passion for the craft, truly sets a gold standard.
I have long been a patron of Zumiez, having made several purchases from your locations nationwide. Every visit has been marked by enjoyable interactions with your team. Todays experience, however, stood out.
I came in with a very specific product in mind - a board from DB Longboards out of Tacoma. Yet, Hayden, with his profound product knowledge and understanding of my requirements, introduced me to an alternative brand, Land Yacht. His suggestion reflected not just product expertise, but a genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction.
The camaraderie and spirit at this location were palpable, with both Rayleigh and Hayden leading by example. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and its evident that they view themselves not merely as employees, but as integral family members of the Zumiez brand. Its rare to find individuals in the retail industry today who exude such pride and joy in their roles.
