Amy Dimond This gift shop received high marks from several locals and it was conveniently located downtown. I only wish Id had more room in my carry-on luggage to purchase more gifts. The merchandise is one-of-a-kind and high-end without being overly expensive. There were so many unique finds - including a gift for an expectant mother, a gift for a birthday girl, several small gifts for friends and family, and even a gift for myself (a sweet memento from Walla Walla). The staff was very kind and helpful!

Corina Gartman I had the best customer service at Longview Washingtons big 5. The woman that helped me in shoe department helped me with tieing shoe laces, made sure I was happy with the shoes I purchased and helped me with my price range. I will be going back and tell others big 5 is good place to get shoes.

Brenda Berchule I had to go to a doctor appt. in the Mount Vernon area. I looked online for a thrift store. I found Encore Shoppe. It is one of the best resale clothing stores I have ever been in. It is very organized, and the clothing is exceptional. All sizes on good hangers. I feel that is so important. The handbag and jewelry selection awesome. It is a little hidden gem. I highly recommend this shop.

Kristina Rojas We purchased several items for my daughters quinceañera and had nothing but problems along the way- we were told it would take 4-5months to come in- however did not get the dress until 9months. When we went to pick up our package- the bouquet was the wrong color of flowers and rhinestones and was told that was what we selected. While getting dressed for pictures, we noticed the string for the corset was missing from the dress- when we called down- she said “oh yes it’s right here” she knew it was still in the salon and never called to let us know they forgot to put it on the dress. Since the dress took soo long to come in- we were worried we would not have a dress in time or at all so we ended up going across the street to Mi Gusto Es where thankfully we had a MUCH better experience where they were nothing but helpful and responsive and I wish we would have went with them from the beginning!
