1 /5 Arpana Jindal: I har been going to Loft at Bellevue square mall for more than 10 years and staff has always been pleasant. I must say this is the firs time someone has harassed me at an any store and hopefully the last time. The lady who takes care of the changing rooms asked me to fold the clothes before I leave which is perfectly fine and I always do that anyways. I had taken 5-6 pants and two were probably in hangers when I picked. I folded all pants and kept at the table she had told me. When I was about to leave she told me to hang the pants in hangers which were in hangers. I told her that I don’t remember which ones were on hangers and if she can figure that out. To this she told me “My mother always told me to clean after myself”. Her remarks was inappropriate and unprofessional. @Loft if you care about your customers I hope keep appropriate people in the customer facing role.

4 /5 Sindu: Loft has always been one of my favorite stores, but I’ve noticed that their recent collections don’t quite match the variety and appeal they had a few years ago. The staff here are friendly and kind, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. However, I do wish they carried more of the diverse options available in their online collection. That said, I absolutely love their summer pieces—they’re always a highlight! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

They offer assistance with such warmth and attentiveness that it’s clear they genuinely care about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. Whether it’s suggesting the perfect outfit or simply checking in to see how you’re doing, their kindness never feels forced, just naturally considerate. Shopping at Loft isn’t just about finding great clothes (though trust me, you will). It’s about the experience, one that’s cozy, personal and refreshingly kind.
