Kathlene Lei Ruiz I was in Seattle for a week and this was definitely one of my favorite spots during my trip. Embarrassingly enough, I actually cried while I was here because I’ve never been in a vintage mall like this that felt so authentic. They had so much stuff from my childhood. If you grew up in the ‘80s-‘90s, you’re especially going to love this place. There’s stuff from older eras but the ‘90s curated areas were fantastic. The items I bought were all in great condition and clean. A lot of vintage stores can feel dirty, stuffy and claustrophobic but this place wasn’t like that at all. I personally think they priced their items fairly. For example, I found a beautiful vintage Jaguar suitcase for a great price. I would shop here all the time if I lived around the area!

Makayla Asclipaidis I have been to multiple of the Torrid locations and this one was truly the best! The staff members were amazing and very helpful! If you need to go to any of the Torrid locations let the Puyallup one be your choice!

ahahahsjdid you Asked for assistance to a girl named somia she ignored me walked away and did not help me at all. is this who yall are hiring? just trash employees who don’t know how to work. I hope she’s not working there anymore because this was unbelievable and she also said i can find my own pair of jeans ?

Flossie Nichols I love shopping here because they have people inside that actually come and help you. They will start a dressing room and work with you while you try on different outfits. Or not.

Christina Drobish Really great experience here! Had to exchange 2 sweatshirts for my son for a bigger size that my mom got his for Christmas. Had no issues doing it using my mom’s phone number so they could pull up her account and the receipt. I also accidentally made the mistake and grabbed a youth XL off the adult rack for my son and didn’t realize it. Long story short they exchanged that for me with no hassle either. The three employees we were in contact with before Christmas and after Christmas were helpful and kind. Great job Zumiez employees!

Adrian Castro It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to. Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
