Kristina Mcleskey Very good customer service. I was greeted upon coming in. As I shopped, the gal would come and get my clothes and put them in a designated fitting room. As I was trying on clothes, she would check in. She would get different sizes and gave her opinion when asked. The only other time I have had this good of customer service is when I shopped Nordstroms. At checkout, they ordered what wasnt in my size and I was happy to take several outfits home. I am also happy to support a local business.

Amera Property Management Angelina took amazing care of us during our shopping experience! She knows the clothing line extremely well and helped my daughter find the perfect fit of jeans. And as an added bonus, she basically told a shoplifter to take a hike right in front of us and I was super impressed. Badass! Thank you for making our shopping night successful and exciting!

Adrian Castro It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to. Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
