1 /5 John: First time visitor, with wife and friend. Small store, music was pleasantly upbeat, generally good atmosphere. They have a small selection: wife and buddy were done browsing the store in 3 minutes. No complaints there.
However, lady in store was rude for no reason. Im looking at these shirts priced at $125. Upon asking, she tells me its because theyre produced by some local (obscure) designer. I proceed to tell her that I still think it doesnt justify the price tag, because its not even made of expensive materials. She just walks away as Im sharing my thoughts as a potential customer.
Needless to say, I walked out empty-handed with a sour taste in my mouth. No reason to come back mainly because of this poor experience (as well as the limited selection). Whatever happened to listening to your customers?
