Robert Vigil Manzer Everything was nice and organized. The only issue I had was not knowing the prices of the amazing colognes and perfumes, but they are locked up so makes total sense. Husband got a great deal on some Hey Dudes. And I got some great brow liner! Lots of good options and fun shopping.

Christina Drobish Really great experience here! Had to exchange 2 sweatshirts for my son for a bigger size that my mom got his for Christmas. Had no issues doing it using my mom’s phone number so they could pull up her account and the receipt. I also accidentally made the mistake and grabbed a youth XL off the adult rack for my son and didn’t realize it. Long story short they exchanged that for me with no hassle either. The three employees we were in contact with before Christmas and after Christmas were helpful and kind. Great job Zumiez employees!

Kerstin Swope The ladies working here were so helpful, patient and thoughtful. We ended up with a big purchase that needed to be all price adjusted. The cashier really took her time to make sure everything came out to the correct price. I really appreciated their friendly service.
