Kristina Mcleskey Very good customer service. I was greeted upon coming in. As I shopped, the gal would come and get my clothes and put them in a designated fitting room. As I was trying on clothes, she would check in. She would get different sizes and gave her opinion when asked. The only other time I have had this good of customer service is when I shopped Nordstroms. At checkout, they ordered what wasnt in my size and I was happy to take several outfits home. I am also happy to support a local business.

Terry Burbach I had a nice experience today while looking for a big and tall fit. I was a bit turned around and Salvador helped me find an associate to help me. After finding my selection I proceeded to check out. Salvador was very engaging and even asked my name and occupation. His customer building skill we great and in a industry of retail he is a treasure not to be squandered. Thank you

Tasha Gulack I tried on a beautiful dress in store, but it was a little bit small. Their sales person offered to order one for me and my size. when I received it, I realize she had ordered me a petite even though I’m rather tall. In addition, The size up she recommended was too large. I decided to call customer service to get some advice on which size might actually be the right size for me. They told me that the dress was sold out that there were no sizes in petite or regular that were available for sale at all. I went on the website and found that the dress was not out of stock as the gentleman had told me and was able order another size myself. The whole experience has been less than I expected from a store with their reputation. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Lavinia Bryson Lori was extremely helpful, was kind, knowledgeable and worked with my own fashion consciousness. We shopped throughout the store and I felt Lori understood my needs. What wonderful service!

I hope she’s not working there anymore because this was unbelievable and she also said i can find my own pair of jeans ?
