erik montejano Great staff and awesome environment!!! Went in to get my hat shaped, I was greated and helped as soon as I walked in. Sergio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all hat styles and shapes. As soon as they were done, they communicated cleary. Overall fantastic experience! I highly recommend going here for hat shaping, buying a new hat, and overall just shopping western wear.

Bret Larson We had the most amazing experience with the Men’s Wearhouse at the Bellevue store. We were heading to Edinburgh, Scotland for our daughter’s wedding. We originally ordered the suit online 2 weeks before our trip but due to an unforeseen issue, it wasn’t delivered to our house. Just a day before we were expected to leave for Scotland, my wife called the online store in a state of panic. They said they could have it delivered the next day to the Bellevue store. We then called and spoke with Brian at the Bellevue store who was very sympathetic to the situation and even offered to arrange to have another suit for me as a back-up “just in case” the suit we ordered online didn’t arrive in time. When we called that morning and let Brian know were flying out of the country that day, in fact that hour, Brian and the rest of the staff understood and assured me everything was good to go! From the moment I ran in to the store on the way to the airport my suit was ready and the staff was super helpful in getting me out of there fast! These guys go the extra mile. Their customer service is exceptional. I would totally recommend The Bellevue Men’s Wearhouse for any of your clothing/suit needs!

Charity Almer My husband and I stopped here while out on our motorcycles. We dined outside and since it was taco Tuesday, we had tacos. Excellent food and service! We will most certainly make this a ride destination again.

After finding my selection I proceeded to check out. Salvador was very engaging and even asked my name and occupation. His customer building skill we great and in a industry of retail he is a treasure not to be squandered. Thank you

DANA GILCHRIST Ive been shopping at this Loft location for years and want to highlight the excellent customer service the staff consistently provides. I especially appreciate the store manager, who delivered outstanding service on the day of their annual inventory. Although the staff was likely exhausted, they still greeted customers warmly and were extremely helpful. Over the years, Ive observed the manager many times, and she is always friendly and ready to assist. I dont know her name, but Loft is fortunate to have her overseeing the Columbia Center location in Kennewick.

Christina Wonsey Always a great selection. Everything from comfy to elegant. Helpful staff and always some kind of promo right when you need it! Definitely cater well to my full figured ladies which can be hard to find in retail.
