Christina Drobish Really great experience here! Had to exchange 2 sweatshirts for my son for a bigger size that my mom got his for Christmas. Had no issues doing it using my mom’s phone number so they could pull up her account and the receipt. I also accidentally made the mistake and grabbed a youth XL off the adult rack for my son and didn’t realize it. Long story short they exchanged that for me with no hassle either. The three employees we were in contact with before Christmas and after Christmas were helpful and kind. Great job Zumiez employees!

Girija Rajendran The store offers a wide and impressive collection of branded garments and accessories, making it easy to find quality options. We were able to find exactly the dresses we had in mind, which made the shopping experience very satisfying. The displays are well organized and browsing is comfortable. However, there is only one elevator in the store, and it tends to have a long wait, especially with parents using baby strollers. Despite this, the store’s location inside the mall is a big advantage. It allows you to conveniently combine shopping with dining and entertainment, making it a great place to spend an entire day.

She got me a room and probably ten different times during my visit helped me find items in different sizes or just gave me ideas. She was so friendly and quick with everything I asked of her. She gave exemplary customer service. I definitely felt welcome and encouraged to return.
