Jennifer Helen To the manager/owner: love Zara!! However, I feel for you in terms of hiring employees with a strong work ethic, despite having a beautiful store with multiple checkout registers and plenty of employees on the floor, they routinely (every time I come -approx 7-8 times past 3 months) they refuse to use any checkout except one on bottom floor, AND at the one there is almost always 1 out of 3 cashiers working it, whilst all other employees roam about the floors-NOT assisting customers mind you-in fact they never engage with customers on the floor even if you walk by them. The only interaction in fact from the employees roaming about (except the 1 cashier) has been to tell me to go downstairs s to checkout. I feel for you because I know you are paying them well to do very little while there is a long line to checkout on a Tuesday night at 6 pm—5 people in line-1 cashier-multiple employees swinging by the line and not a one thinks to open up one of the unmanned registers.Again Love Zara but this issue definitely impacts my desire to come shop here. Jon Tscheulin Very pleasant experience friendly staff.....they only had one of the shirts my wife wanted in here size and some one has gotten lipstick on it when we asked about it because we are out-of-towners they jumped on it as an opportunity to get one shipped to us from another store.... very classy

Keianna Davidson The staff here are amazing! Livi and Lee both offered help in my preferred selection of clothing! As a person who is often indecisive I have a hard time choosing if I actually would want something or if its something I would regret later, but with their help it made things WAY easier!! For instance; I wanted to find some gloves/sleeve warmers and couldnt find any that suited my preferred texture or style, Livi offered to look in the back for me just in case! In most stores they dont even check, I appreciate the dedication and all together assistance. Another way they helped is when I had question about coupons that I got before Christmas and if I was able to use them without receipt and instead of being sarcastic, or annoyed by my questions (like most stores are) Livi answered my question easily and openly making me feel more welcome in the store and not embarrassed about asking questions even for the simplest things. I did end up using those coupons with the help of Lee, where they helped get me a sweater down to get a better deal on my purchase and distribute the items through two transactions so that I got the most out of my buck. Most stores I go to staff barley carry conversation and understanding, but going here was a whole other story, communication was there, compliments, and understanding was excellent! I HIGHLY recommend going here, staff are great, vibe is there, and the selection is endless!!
