Maurices - (Near Wenatchee, WA)

3 /5 John Abplanalp: Friendly staff but a lack of stock caused me to have to ask for a referral rather than purchase anything.

1 /5 Martha Rodriguez: I went to the maurices in wenatchee to look at the sunglasses Im a stay at home mom so I dont have the time to look well presented all the time I was greeted right away I didnt think nothing of it I just thought it was good customer service until they repeatedly kept coming up to me asking me the same thing I got asked numerous times by the same employees & I also could hear them talking through there headsets keep in mind I was only there for a total of 10 min it was really excessive I was followed throughout the store non stop. When I was standing at the sunglasses stand next to the register I never heard the cashier ask anyone else for there ID when using a card. When I found the sunglasses I wanted I went to the register & I could hear the cashier getting talked to through her headset then she proceeded to ask me for my ID since I was using a card Ive been here numerous times for my work clothes I never gotten ID I never heard the cashier ask for anyone elses ID even though I was standing right next to the register I believe I was racially profiled since Im part Native American. This happened yesterday evening I couldnt even use my fiances card he gave me to get myself something I used my own was still ID I never been more embarrassed in my life dont shop here.

She got me a room and probably ten different times during my visit helped me find items in different sizes or just gave me ideas. She was so friendly and quick with everything I asked of her. She gave exemplary customer service. I definitely felt welcome and encouraged to return.

1 /5 Beagle: Disappointing experience we had ordered a shirt through online order they spent 20 minutes trying to do a order on there new system they obviously werent trained as the employee was very confused even the manager was helping with confusion. 2 weeks later never received it! When called the support they said order never went through. When I called the store they said there should of been 2 receipts which they didnt provide I only had 1. I like Maurices but, but this experience made it very inconvenient and disappointing because, I never received my item that I paid for never heard anything about my order.
