She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about making sure you leave happy and confident in your purchase. 5 /5 erica edwards: Im leaving a 5 star for Gabriel and Megan in the dress department. I had three returns. I stood in line at the return counter. A very cheerful young lady asked what I was returning and said any of the team members could help. So off to the shoe department I went. The gal there helped me with two returns and told me that she could not help me with the dress since the dress did not have the tag or a receipt. ( This is what happened before, thats why I was hesitant to use another source). So I go upstairs to the dress department and was greeted with a hugh how can I help you and a warm smile! Thank you Gabriel! Megan was the one who eventually did my return. Great team work!!!! Thank you to the both of them for stepping up to the plate and literally getting me out of the store in 5 minutes!!! So appreciated!!!!!!!!
