Jessica Day I was just browsing the review section here and I felt compelled to leave a five-star review for several reasons. First being that I am very shocked to see how many people are angry at the store or its employees for things that are beyond their control. I love this location because the staff are always so friendly and polite and patient. That last part is really important. If I have a return to make, they dont bat an eyelash at my receipt with literally 80 items on it. A politely went through each item to make sure that I got my refund back for the items that didnt work out. I understand everyone has a different experience but I think some people have unrealistic expectations if other human beings simply trying to do their job.

Steven I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at the TJ Maxx in Federal Way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful guidance. Every employee, from the sales floor staff to the managers, was incredibly professional and attentive. They really go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome. Beyond the clothing, I especially love browsing their selection of pots and pans—they have high-quality cookware at fantastic prices.
