Joelene Glavin This location needs to calm down on pricing. I think whoever decides prices has forgotten this is a thrift store NOT a fancy boutique. Ive seen clothes priced higher here then in store brand new. Also since I have NO choice but to check myself out, I cant see why your prices would go up. I should have a choice between self checkout and a cashier. I do not work for value village so why am I working when I shop there? I will give them this though, their selection is nice but again the prices are too high. I literally get mad while shopping here. Due to overpriced things and lack of customer service (in regards to check out, not the employees themselves) I do not go here unless I absolutely need something I cant find elsewhere in town and I know im not alone in this. Do better value village. Get your prices under control and rethink your only self check out methods. Also better weekly sales would be nice but yall cant even do that with your ridiculous prices. Come on its time to reevaluate your systems.

Y Miller So really dont understand the new process. You now have to wait in line to go in the store 5-10 mins seems to be average wait and the last three time I went they only have 1 cashier both times I have waited 30-45 mins just to check out. Looks like only 2 people work there. Really hope they get some added staff.

Pedro Ochoa I hadnt stepped inside the Kohls in Richland for years, and honestly, I walked in today with some preconceived notions. I am so glad I did—my feelings about this store have completely changed! What an awesome experience today. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire visit a pleasure. I especially want to give a shoutout to Brody, the manager. His helpfulness and great attitude truly stood out and made a big difference. The store was well-organized, the staff was friendly, and the service was outstanding. Ill definitely be back much sooner this time!

Bike Guy Not employees responsibility but lots of homeless around and they dirty it up. Cashier was great made a fresh pot of coffee for me but i wish the city would do more discourage the homeless from hanging out has I saw a food truck giving out food to them. I saw them throw empty wrappers on the ground.

Deborah Lynn Im so happy they have this store here. Im from California, I miss the fashion districts and this store takes me right back. They have snazzy styles and lots of extras that keep your eyes wandering. My only issue us that they have so many good items that I get distracted lol.
