Tabitha Richardsen Im not really a fan of Old Navy, but I am a fan of how my experience here was, so yay, you get 4 stars. I needed some yoga/exercise pants and from looking at the website, this seemed to be the best place to get them without spending $80 (honestly, who needs $80 yoga pants??) I wandered over here after work one afternoon and browsed the shelves. The fitting room was not crowded and there was no limit on items you could bring in (always a pain when youre by yourself). Most things didnt fit, which is the story of my life, but I did end up with a shirt, two pairs of yoga pants, and $4 pair of pink fuzzy sweatpants for kicking around the house in. Checkout was quick and painless, and the price was right.

Barb Stevenson I always find a deal here. There is a lot of merchandise and its always changing. The store is large and organized well. Its clean. Seniors should take advantage of the Tuesday discount day!! They also accept donations with drive up service in front and easy to see. I love this store!!

Catherine Goeddey Ive always seen this place but had never been in. It was recommended to us by a gentleman at Mens Warehouse because we wanted a different fit than what they offered. We were immediately greeted and there were several helpful employees happily giving pointers for my husbands first suit since retiring from the military. The tailor did a great job! The lady who sizes shirts was super helpful and the lady at the register was a joy. I love this place and will drag him back for more fancy attire!

Tinna Lacey This store is a lot bigger than the Federal Way one. Hadnt planned on buying anything but they got me. Was able to find get a compete set to purchase. While the bath towel was not a big one, they are thick.

Shamia Black The first time I came to this location the restroom was out of order so I left. I decided to try this location for one more time and there was an associate by the name of Lisa who was extraordinary.She helped with my daughters at the fitting room and checked us out. Lisa has awesome customer service and helped are second experience be what I remember ross being I worked for ross in 2016 let lisa know to continue to shine being a bright light.
