Pedro Ochoa I hadnt stepped inside the Kohls in Richland for years, and honestly, I walked in today with some preconceived notions. I am so glad I did—my feelings about this store have completely changed!
What an awesome experience today. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire visit a pleasure. I especially want to give a shoutout to Brody, the manager. His helpfulness and great attitude truly stood out and made a big difference. The store was well-organized, the staff was friendly, and the service was outstanding. Ill definitely be back much sooner this time!
