Renee Larios Drove from Marysville because I heard the Oak Harbor location had wonderful custom service and boy they did not disappoint. I was able to find sizes and styles that fit perfectly. The prices were fantastic as well. I will definitely be making the trek again.

Raven Savage The cutest and coziest coffee shop! I love taking my kids here for a lunch date or hosting an after hours book club. The owner is always so friendly and working hard with her staff to provide delicious drinks and food.

Kayla gatschet So I have to brag a bit about the assistant manager of this location!!! Victoria was an amazing help when I walked into the store. At first we were under the impression that I was unable to find what I was looking for but as I was about to give up and pay for the other items I had gathered, We located the items I was in search of... I was looking for a specific mystery toy (Stitch Disney pride bag clip). Victoria started grabbing little bags and feeling for stitch. When she believed she felt his ears she told me that was the one I was going to want. She is like Magic! SHE LOCATED HIM FOR ME!!!!

Brandon Awesome store! Excellent customer service always help me find best clothes for myself, Im a climber, hiker and runner and I love their jackets and clothes! Great return policies if need be and products! This location has excellent and friendly staff always, love this store! 5 stars for sure!

B Tredds My daughter is transitioning from "kid" clothes to more teenage/nice clothes for middle school, but has been hesitant due to being unsure what shed like for outfits. On a whim I took her into AE to see if theres anything shed like. Being a 41 year old guy, yeah, I was lost, so I asked for help. In stepped Brooke. She didnt treat my daughter awkwardly but totally dived into a shopping experience with my daughter, asking her questions about herself and her likes, to ensure what they found actually worked for my daughter. I was thoroughly impressed not just with the customer service from Brooke, but the ability to recognize a shy, young girl being unsure of herself, then helping that girl feel real confidence in herself. I help run a company that works with people daily and I would hire Brooke in a heartbeat. Brooke, if you read this, thank you for being amazing and for making my daughter feel confidence in her appearance.

Noelle Tanner I went in yesterday to grab some all terrain tennis shoes, i almost walked out and skylar caught me and pulled out some shoes from the back part of the store for me to try after I told him my size. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and so so kind. He told me about a bunch of sales and I spent way more than I intended to because, he was so personable and I just love a good deal. I had some trouble with a gift card situation and it took like an hour to resolve, but he was so kind and helpful and made it as least stressful as possible For me. I Will wait to do all my shopping until Skylar is working.
