1 /5 Ariana Kobzar: Today, I visited your store at Vancouver Mall to return a dress that, unfortunately, did not fit me — it was too large in the chest area. I had the original printed receipt that the staff placed in my bag at the time of purchase.
However, for the first time, I encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from one of your cashiers. She began demanding that I provide an electronic version of the receipt, which she claimed should have been sent to my email. I checked my email again right in front of her and explained that I had not received any electronic receipt, but that I had the printed one from the store.
Despite this, the cashier rudely told me that she could not process the return. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed that she was the manager. When I requested her name, she refused to tell me and turned her name tag around so that it was not visible. She then walked away in a rude manner.
This experience completely ruined my evening. I have always loved your store and frequently shopped there, but after this situation, I am extremely disappointed. I no longer plan to return to this location and will advise my friends and family not to shop there either. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
If the company wants the store to operate professionally and respectfully, this employee should not be representing your brand. Her behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable.
