5 /5 Noelle Tanner: I went in yesterday to grab some all terrain tennis shoes, i almost walked out and skylar caught me and pulled out some shoes from the back part of the store for me to try after I told him my size. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and so so kind. He told me about a bunch of sales and I spent way more than I intended to because, he was so personable and I just love a good deal. I had some trouble with a gift card situation and it took like an hour to resolve, but he was so kind and helpful and made it as least stressful as possible For me. I Will wait to do all my shopping until Skylar is working.

1 /5 Xiomara Bello Ochoa: I had the worst customer service at this store .The manager named Kyle at the east wenatchee zumies location,treated me like crap in front of other customers. All I wanted was to return 3 items and the manager was even mad because I wanted to return the items . I asked him nicely to just do the return that we had found the same brand clothes much cheaper in a different store. Well this guy starts yelling at me in front of other customers because I didnt wanted to exchange all I wanted was to return the items and for him to do his job. He had the audacity to call someone else to help me so in the end he denied me service. My son was right next to me so upset. Because his clothes and backpack couldnt get returned. I work for customer service and i jave never ever treated them like he treated my son and me. He was also making racist comments towards us. Ive learned throught time that the customer is always right. Epecially if we have had a long day and all we want is to go in and out of the store and get the day done . Hes not fit to his position he treats customers like crap honeslty .

5 /5 Sage Arends: Had everything I wanted and more and very good customer service and very friendly, they also had good deals on stuff as well. Definitely would recommend!

1 /5 kalista benjamin: The staff was nice at first but I was getting irritated because they kept handing me stuff asking what I like and I said multiple times I’m just browsing but the white guy with long hair and young blonde white girl working today May 7, 2025 at 12:22. Accused me of stealing came running after me as I was halfway down the mall yelling “where’d that red shirt go” when I was trying to explain they didn’t let me talk. I went back showed them where I put it back at in the store they scanned it in seeing that all of them were there and I didn’t take it and she looked at me and goes “I’m so sorry” I just left no other words not even a sorry from the dude for chasing me down the mall.

1 /5 Tyler Hansen: Will never shop at this store ever again. Employees are rude, snobby and oblivious to what customer service is. Would stay away from here if you need something and find it somewhere else or order it. Don’t waste your time.
