Zumiez - Shop CA (Near Monterey)

Diana Sanchez Today I went in to the store at Visalia mall , this young man by the name LEO help us he was amazing best customer service ever from him he asked if he can help us find something we told him what we were looking for we tried them on didn’t fit .They didn’t have the size of jeans we were looking for he said you can order them online they have a lot and that he could help me do that if I needed help . He was so patient with us and helped us . Too often people only complain about what they didn’t like or something bad but this young man needs some recognition for excellent customer service I will definitely be going back to shop at this store !

S A This store and staff are the best. It is super clean and organized and the staff is very helpful. They are very informative on the products they have in store. My store in Vacaville is dirty and they don’t have a friendly staff it seems more of a hang out for the staff. Zumiez in Fairfield is where it’s at.

Surena Sahota The arrival of the new Boot Barn in town is fantastic. My husband enjoys purchasing his farming boots from this store, and I recently bought my own pair of cowboy boots. Although I cant recall the name of the sales associate, she was very helpful during my visit. However, I noticed that she occasionally lost focus as she was assisting several customers at once. Typically, there is someone to greet you when you enter the store. Overall, the location and product selection are quite good.

isaac rojas Marcos was very nice at helping me around the store, trying to navigate haha, and Jose was very helpful at checkout, along with Araceli was very helpful in the clearance area. Thank all of you guys!

Mark Whittock I came in late on December 23rd to shop for my wife and was greeted with a wonderful smile by Lisa who I believe was the store manager. I asked her if she could assist me in finding some gifts. I will just say right now that she was TRULY wonderful and had the patience of Jobe!! She spent well over an hour with me mixing and matching items...and I just wanted to say that Loft has a customer for life!! Thanks so much Lisa and I wish you well..
