Gary III I recently visited this Zumiez location and was blown away by the help I received from Jacob Joseph. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find that level of genuine helpfulness these days. If you stop by this store, definitely ask for Jacob!

Crystal Marie All of the associates working the store today were phenomenal! I was greeted as soon as I entered and they periodically checked on me as I walked around. The store has many options to choose from and the items are organized very nicely. The dressing room attendant was genuinely helpful and her attention to detail on how some items fit me was much appreciated. To top it off, the pair of jeans I bought were on sale and I walked out as a very happy customer! Gracias Loft Ladies!

RichyG24k I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!
