Susie Q I have the pleasure of having the Business Manager Betsy H. helping me today with my Chanel perfume gifts set. She meticulously wrap them and not only that, she is the first one that gave me a small little gift. Usually when we go Christmas shopping for others, it gets exhausting and we always forget about ourselves. It’s so heartwarming to be remembered and got a little surprise at the end. Thank you so much Betsy!! You made my day! You have a customer for life!

Ruth Haigh-Waters Jocelyn (sorry I know Im misspelling the name) made my day. She came to my rescue and helped me select outfits I could feel great in. She was so helpful, attentive and just great at her job. I would have left empty handed had it not been for her. Thank you!! The selection was great, clothes were all in order, and well organized. Im grateful for a wonderful shopping experience. Thanks again! I will see you next time Im in town for a convention.

Nadine Juste Are you ready for the 411? Here we go…I travel back and forth between New York and Florida. Whenever my husband and I come to Florida, we always make a trip to Tanger Outlets Palm Beach to visit our favorite Banana Republic Factory Store in West Palm Beach. This store always has the greatest selection and about to say it, is better than New York stores sometimes. The pieces are unique and I am always asked where I got my pieces from my NY peeps. This store is always immaculate because who wants to shop in a disarrayed environment. The most important thing to me is customer service and it is top-notch at this location. Tannisha and the crew are on point and did not disappoint! Because my husband visits more often than me, they know him well so entering the store is like being treated like royalty. Oscar and Katia were attentive and followed up on all asks. The young lady in the dressing room I knew was sick of me and how many times I came in to try on clothes. Also, shout out to the new guy as he was as humble as ever and you could tell he was nervous but was figuring it out and just as pleasant. From the point of entry to the point of exit, our experience was amazing! Give this team 5 STSRS AND A RAISE!

A U Brought my husband in today because he needed some suits for work. Clemente greeted us right away, was so helpful and attentive and quick but patient. He gave us pricey options and saving options. He helped put everything together and I appreciate that he was also able to pin it for alterations. We really enjoyed our experience and will recommend everyone to come see Clemente here. Amazing experience.

Scott Rimbach To start of this review I will be brutally honest, I am not a fan of clothes shopping. However, that mentality was changed recently after visiting Dillards in Ocala Florida. The store was very well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable for what I was looking for. The sales items were even better. But the most important part of my experience was the sales representative who helped me. George Feeser was amazing!!. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for, what I liked and didnt like, and completely made me feel at ease during this process. He helped me to create not just singular pieces of clothing, but also showed me how to turn alot of my items into complete wardrobe ensembles. There were no high pressure sales tactics. If I said I didnt like something, then that was it. There was no pressure to buy any particular item(s), he acknowledged how I felt and we looked at something else. I would definitely recommend this store and HIGHLY recommend George Feeser to help you out.
