Bailey Ostrom My mother and I were looking in the clearance area, and she found me a great pair of 34X34 jeans. I tried them on and they were a perfect fit. They were originally around the $60.00 range, but were on sale around the $30.00 range and with the help of my reward points, I got them for a total price in the $20.00 range. What I also like about this store is how it’s an outlet, but is set up almost like a normal store.

Bertha Pacheco Have been visiting this store for years. Everyone is usually helpful but Priscila went above & beyond. She politely came and introduced herself, when she said she could help me with anything she meant it. After describing the type of blouse I preferred she looked for and found the perfect one! Hope she’s there for the long run!

Mark extended customer service and I have every reason after today to return to this factory store. Mark is an asset to your company. He provided service shoppers don’t receive these days. I’m so glad I have something positive to say in these days lack of costumer service, Not in this store !

Kimberly Green This is the BEST J.Crew Factory Store on the entire east coast of the USA! I have been to tons of JCrew stores because this us my favorite store and none compare to the employees, the location, the cleanliness of the store, and the clothes that are in stock! I live in Jacksonville, Florida but I always skip over the St.Augustine J Crew store and drive the additional 45 minutes because the employees ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and the Tanger coupons are the added perk of course, BUT Ms.king is my favorite worker! She goes above and beyond to make everyone that enters the store feel welcomed! When I first started shopping at JCrew I would go to the St.Augustine outlet but the workers were always standing around talking and would not greet me or ask if I needed help much less offer advice! But, with Ms.King she gave me a totally different JCrew shopping experience and it’s addicting! She has truly raised the bar to what I would expect the JCrew brand to represent! The other stores always give me Ild Navy, Gap, maybe Banana Republic, but at this store I get the JCrew feeling! THANK YOU Mrs.King for showing me what true customer service is throughout the years and for always making my day!

Irene Eng Always like it. Regardless where the store is, New York. Boston. Tampa. San Francisco. … always wonderful service, making sure you know they saw you coming in. Wonderful cloth. Although I find linen and cotton are less available than before. One black jacket I must have bought 20 some years ago and still have it. Very simply, and very beautiful. Today I went for a white T, for my denim jumper. The cashier is an elder woman probably my age. White hair and beautiful. As she was folding my T, and said, “oh this is nice, I’ve one too.” Then sha asked, “what are you wearing?” “No 5.” I said. “Chanel?” She said. I laughed, “yes, only the oldies like it.” She laughed too. Hope she doesn’t mind the ‘oldie’ label.
