Scott Rimbach To start of this review I will be brutally honest, I am not a fan of clothes shopping. However, that mentality was changed recently after visiting Dillards in Ocala Florida. The store was very well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable for what I was looking for. The sales items were even better. But the most important part of my experience was the sales representative who helped me. George Feeser was amazing!!. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for, what I liked and didnt like, and completely made me feel at ease during this process. He helped me to create not just singular pieces of clothing, but also showed me how to turn alot of my items into complete wardrobe ensembles. There were no high pressure sales tactics. If I said I didnt like something, then that was it. There was no pressure to buy any particular item(s), he acknowledged how I felt and we looked at something else. I would definitely recommend this store and HIGHLY recommend George Feeser to help you out.

Janice M LeCocq A visiting friend wanted to go because she had a coupon. I hadn’t been to a Talbots since about 1999! I’d found their clothing line too conservative for my post-retirement life. Black and navy suits with simple tops, as I may unfairly recall. I didn’t expect much on this visit. But t I wanted to please her. Well, what a change! Great variety of options, color, design. I ended up buying a silver sparkly cable knit sweater and a turtleneck in a great green. The underlying structure of the design is still largely conservative but updated beautifully with vibrant colors and playful/interesting details. I’ll be back, thanks to my friend helping me rediscover Talbots.

Alitza Alvarez Nelly is wonderful! She always makes me feel confident and beautiful. Even though she doesn’t work upstairs, she takes time to walk me up and help me shop since I don’t speak English. She’s patient, kind, and goes above and beyond!

Nadine Juste Are you ready for the 411? Here we go…I travel back and forth between New York and Florida. Whenever my husband and I come to Florida, we always make a trip to Tanger Outlets Palm Beach to visit our favorite Banana Republic Factory Store in West Palm Beach. This store always has the greatest selection and about to say it, is better than New York stores sometimes. The pieces are unique and I am always asked where I got my pieces from my NY peeps. This store is always immaculate because who wants to shop in a disarrayed environment. The most important thing to me is customer service and it is top-notch at this location. Tannisha and the crew are on point and did not disappoint! Because my husband visits more often than me, they know him well so entering the store is like being treated like royalty. Oscar and Katia were attentive and followed up on all asks. The young lady in the dressing room I knew was sick of me and how many times I came in to try on clothes. Also, shout out to the new guy as he was as humble as ever and you could tell he was nervous but was figuring it out and just as pleasant. From the point of entry to the point of exit, our experience was amazing! Give this team 5 STSRS AND A RAISE!

Courtney R. The most unique and classy children’s clothes you’ll find anywhere. The baptism and communion dresses were aplenty and so very unique. From baby to teen, this store had the most beautiful clothing available I’ve seen on this side of Florida. The owner, Liz, is truly vested in not only her shop but each client that comes in. She took time to answer questions, to help an uncoordinated mom (me) put together show stopping outfits. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable the entire time. She’s worth the 3 hour drive for me and I’d do it all over again to support her and this gem of a small business!
