From men’s and women’s apparel to shoes, accessories, and kids’ clothing, variety there is. The shoe department is especially strong, with plenty of styles neatly displayed and easy to compare. Big and tall options are available as well, which is always appreciated. Sales and clearance racks can be found throughout the store - many 65% off, and with patience, some solid deals reveal themselves. Full-price items still live on the premium side of the galaxy, but when discounts align, worthwhile finds they become. Staff was present but never hovering—helpful when needed, invisible when not. Checkout was smooth and efficient, no unnecessary waiting in line. Overall, a dependable stop for quality clothing, good organization, and a relaxed shopping experience. KZK9 Training I came into the store for the first time after living here for years & had SUCH a good experience, I believe Vicki was the sales associate who helped me, I had to look at the receipt for her name but she was so sweet, so helpful, so kind, helped me pick out clothes for my trip & even brought me a shirt she thought I would look good in & I bought it!! She made me leave the store in such a good mood!!

Michelle Brooks Great service from the staff! Susan brought me new styles and sizes so I could keep trying things on. Her supervisor made sure the one item that was not available in my size could be shipped to me. I was planning for a trip and needed specific things. The selections were great, the sizes were accurate and many of the items were in sale. I was very excited about my buy-one-get-two-free jewelry deal!

Jamie I stopped in for a dress and was helped by Melody, or Melonie, in the juniors dresses department. I hate that I forgot her name. She said she was the manager. Anyhow, she was wonderful! I never leave reviews for department stores but she was so great I had to take a minute to drop some positive feedback!

Deals and chills with some of the prices but all in all the fan fav Dillards did not DISAPPOINT. The sales reps were doing their due diligence and I appreciate it! The store was clean and there were discounts going on in all departments. Loved our time here and beautiful energetic customer service ❤

andrew schroeder I had a great experience at Banana Republic. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but I ended up liking an outfit I saw on a mannequin. Lina went above and beyond to help me out, especially since my size was the last one on the mannequin. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. Overall, really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.
