Tracy Alday My granddaughter LOVES Hot Topic and I must admit I was impressed with their sale when I took her. I purchased 2 graphic Ts and 3 jewelry sets for less than 30 dollars. The sales clerk was exceptionally sweet and answered questions for Emma who has high anxiety in social situations. Thank you sweet lady, we enjoyed our visit very much and will be returning when she comes back to Rome.

Tero Pero Love, love love this store. Well organized and the employees are professional, polite and acknowledge each customer. Ended up in the store to return a few items and the process was quick and seamless. I decided to buy a pair of leggings for my daughter, and it seemed like each one of the cashiers that I went to had some type of technical issue and I was directed to go to the men’s department. So I went to the back of the store to purchase my item and still waited a while. The entire process took about 15 to 20 minutes and there was no line. Very disappointing that’s the only reason I gave the four stars. This store is extremely well kept and I would shop there again, but there’s something happening with the checkout process.
