Lynn Aycock What a wonderful experience at Talbots today. My sister and I took our 92 year old mom shopping. Shannon was incredibly helpful and patient with us and made our visit so enjoyable. She was also able to get some sizes shipped to moms address. All of the staff were so friendly...we will definitely be back!!

Angelina House I had the pleasure of shopping at Jcrew and Neha and assisted me and my husband find some clothes. She was so incredibly kind and helpful! And we had a lot of fun shopping with her! My husband is usually a pretty simple guy and he was hesitant to shop at j crew but she showed him some great simple shirts and we ended up buying him several shirts. I LOVE that nearly everything in the store is 100% cotton and soft. We can trust we are putting good quality fabric on our skin. Thank you Jcrew!

Sara Collins If you want to see what the Mean Girls cast acts like in their seventies, then you need to visit this store. I have been a customer for over 25 years, but the last several times I have walked into this location, I have been treated so rudely by associates there. They would rather talk to their friends visiting or with each other than help customers look for different sizes or suggest pieces that complement what you are looking for. The first few times, I dismissed their rude behavior due to halving a bad day or ignorance, but after what I saw today, I think they are just plain rude, arrogant and discriminatory. I love Talbots, but I will be spending my money elsewhere.
