KJ S First time Ive ever been to Chicos. Ill be honest, I didnt understand their sizing range. Also, Im a tough fit. Long length! The staff was so kind. Bringing all different sizes, combing through the store to find me tall pants in my size. Fantastic experience! Thank you so much

Maria P Cute store, theres something for everyone here. I go in about once or twice a month and always find a few things for me. My teens usually find something too! They have the cutest sweaters and dressy clothes for band concerts and game-day dressing up. The workers are always so nice and helpful. I dont buy dressy or casual clothes at Target anymore, this place is cheaper, cuter, and the clothes last longer.

I’m going to publicly post the letter they wrote me and subsequently mailed me to one of my homes. There is great customer service, then there’s the beyond generous, kind and attentiveness that they showed my daughter and I, simply put, a class of their own. I not only recommend this store, I recommend others patronize them and treat them with kindness and respect in return.

Timothy Johnson I love this place Ive been going there for years. Everyone that works there is super helpful super nice. However, the mall that its in has been decaying for years and the security or should I say the lack thereof. Makes me feel very unsafe. Especially after all the shootings. I wish somebody would come along and fix that Genesee Valley Mall before its gone forever ....
