1 /5 Philip Stafford: Horrible cashier didn’t give discount on buy one pair and get one 50% off then said she would do a return and fix it she ended up charging me over $9 more on my card instead of giving me the refund for the different. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with AE. Will never go to this location again. You can’t see what the prices are when They are Ringing things up and they don’t pay attention to what they are doing. Very unhappy with my experience.

5 /5 Sarah Hunt: I was terrible and came in just before close. I hate when I do that. The staff was incredible. I’m a new mom and haven’t bought jeans in forever. They were so patient with me and didn’t mind that I kept them there past close. I’ll definitely be back but well before closing this time.

Taylor Heath I was so excited to hear about a dedicated Aerie store opening up so close by! I stopped in to use my 20% birthday discount and went a little crazy. Store was clean, organized - not as much selection as online of course, but I still managed to do well. The girls working were also super nice. Will definitely be going again!

Josh Higgins The ladies were very helpful. The hoodie I wanted to buy for my Mom was not in the store, so rather than just tell me to go find it online, they found it online. In doing so, they let me know that my gift will arrive earlier than if I ordered it myself. And...they took the time to do this in the midst of a rush.
