Chris Shelton I stopped by the jewelry department at JCPenney and Felicia was the absolute highlight of my visit. She was warm, attentive, and really took the time to help me with what I needed. Her customer service is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a store. On the other hand, the manager, Moe, didn’t come across very pleasant and the energy shifted a bit whenever he was involved. Luckily, Felicia’s professionalism and friendly attitude kept the experience on track. If you’re shopping for jewelry, Felicia is definitely the person you want to work with.

We went back to change and finalize a few details and Matthew helped us the entire time. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and made the process so simple. He had great customer service skills and I left so pleased with our decisions.

Google User I prefer this Chicos location in West Bloomfield over some others Chicos in the area due to its outstanding customer service. Associates are always friendly, professional and helpful. I was shopping there yesterday and was helped by Elizabeth. This lady definitely has a great sense of style and knowledge in fashion, she gave me a few helpful tips, helped to locate the merchandise, find sizes and put outfits together. I felt welcomed while in the store. I ended up purchasing a few beautiful pieces and found some great deals. Prices are very competitive considering todays prices in general. One of the jackets I bought was originally $119. Store had a sale yesterday, 35% off, plus I am a passport member, which gives me another 5% off the purchase. It is a beautiful linen jacket, I wore it today when I went out to breakfast to an upscale restaurant for a special occasion and got a few compliments. I like Chicos brand in general, but this West Bloomfield location is my number one favorite due to its outstanding customer service, welcoming atmosphere and a larger selection of merchandise.

Christina Wells Great place for tall women, and women with long arms! Not many stores out there that you can shop in that have clothes to fit, but Maurices knocks it out of the park. They always have a great clearance section too! Staff are always helpful.

Maria P Cute store, theres something for everyone here. I go in about once or twice a month and always find a few things for me. My teens usually find something too! They have the cutest sweaters and dressy clothes for band concerts and game-day dressing up. The workers are always so nice and helpful. I dont buy dressy or casual clothes at Target anymore, this place is cheaper, cuter, and the clothes last longer.
