1 /5 Nik pihlgren: Bought two suits both made by Banana Republic in a 44L. One fit me and one was an absolute flood. Because I took the tags off of the flood and put it in my car they told me there was nothing they could do. Don’t trust the sizing and they’re not gonna help.

1 /5 Susan Lamoureux: I recently bought the hunter green resort bliss shirt from Banana Republic. The color was so beautiful I fell in love. Wore it once, washed according to the washing instructions on the tag, and it came out of the wash ready for the garbage. The color completely came out in spots leaving it looking tie dyed. I was crushed. The store manager refused to let me return, exchange, or provide me with a store voucher since it had been worn and washed. Buyer beware unless you feel like throwing $150 out the window.

2 /5 Natalie Lovett: I came into the store today to return a pair of pants I had purchased online. I was unaware that they were from Banana Republic Factory. When I walked in the two ladies at the front just glared at me, and did not ask how can I help, how are you, welcome in, etc. I brought my pants up and immediately after looking at the tag the lady said in a very dismissive tone that “they are the factory version and they don’t accept returns from them.” I have worked in retail as a store manager in the past so I completely get company policy but the way it was said was very off putting. Additionally, I was planning to shop around but they didn’t seem welcoming nor willing to ask if I needed anything else whatsoever so I just decided to leave. It seemed as if because I looked so young they were not taking me seriously as a customer. I am 22 years old and a teacher, I’m not some child. The customer service definitely needs some work and I will not be returning!!
