The floor person was busy putting out merchandise, but took the time to ask if I needed any assistance, then took me from one side of the store to the other, showing me their offerings. Hot Topic never disappoints! Chock full of current pop culture, with enough alt offerings to stay edgy cool. I never leave without buying a t-shirt for me, too!

She is the main reason that Ill be back. She was pleasant and attentive and made the shopping experience relaxing and enjoyable. The store had a great sale. Everything was 50% off no exceptions. Trina Stewart (Dari) So yes, its in the hood but they do have some nice things. I love the manager, shes so down to earth and is well to make sure youre seen. I DO NOT CARE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD TO ME. SHES A HARD WORKER. She is always seen doing something. She is not a lazy I told you to do this , this isnt done, power struck person from my personal experience. Continue to be great, thats why the store is still there in my personal opinion. Shawn Cummins This is a cool place. I had never been here so this was two of our first times. Impressive decor. Super clean. Three levels of stores and people galore. Saturday after Christmas was rocking. The decor was superb again. Stores all neat and clean. Nice selection of stores. Third level food court. The skywalk to the other portion of the mall was fun and the second portion had stores that we enjoyed as well. Well worth the trip and bring your walking shoes !
