Lori Catineau I buy from J Jill all the time, especially online. But, I did go to the Rochester Michigan store a couple days ago to return two pairs of shorts that were too big on me. The clerk that helped me found my shorts for me, even though they were sold out online! I was so thrilled with the fantastic service and cleanliness of the store. So happy!!!

Laura Bringman HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KATHY the Manager of the Great Lakes Crossing Mall Ann Taylor Loft! I visited the store Friday June 6th and needed a dress for a party the next day. Kathy helped me get a great deal on a nice sun dress plus I got an additional $20 to spend at the Ann Taylor Factory around the corner! She was super fun and attentive...You do not find people like Kathy in the retail industry these days! Please go visit her and let her outfit you! :)
