Maya I was able to process my return successfully which I appreciated. However the customer service was less than ideal. Melissa spoke rudely to me when I tried to explain something about my return and I waited for several minutes before I was notified at the counter and assisted.

Luke Daniel Lots of variety to choose from and a truly engaging experience for visitors to get glimpses of the history of the trail as well. Very kind and accommodating staff and very reasonable prices. A great gift shop for those back home to have tangible memories of your trip to the Falls! The cafe is nice as are the enveloping benches, marked with the signature history of the park. Includes a video presentation of sorts, with plenty of pictures that chart the timeline of the park.

David Acevedo They have nice sneakers and clothes . Some is a little but pricey but not really as they have certain stuff you really cant FIND in other stores! Also they have a $1 atm which is great . They are also very nice and friendly !
