Gap - (Near Whitehall Township, PA)

Alex S Everything about this store visit was lovely! I have the hardest time trying to find pants that fit my height/shape in a way that is flattering. Each associate that I interacted with was genuinely kind and went out of their way to help me with styles that might work and walking me around to find things I liked to try on. The store manager was very sweet as well and even helped me with my fitting room and exchanging pants out to try on. I didn’t see any name tags or I’d give a shoutout to all of them! They helped me find what I needed and even ordered me something they didn’t have to my house. Amazing customer service, I’ll definitely be back for jeans at the least! Whoever is doing the hiring here is finding the right people.

Maria Fox Nicest shopping experience Ive had in years. As a medium fat woman on a tight budget, Ive mostly picked up pieces here and there at places like Target, Walmart and Burlington over the years. My wardrobe is full, but frustrating, as very few of my clothes are actually cut for my shape and body type. I went into Lane Bryant on a whim, determined to pick up a few pieces that actually make me feel good in my body. I was greeted by Katie (Im about 80% sure that was her name, sorry if I misremembered!), who was friendly and attentive as I looked through the store and tried on clothes. Id forgotten how nice it is to have someone check on me while Im in the fitting room, grab a different size when needed, and give feedback on how things are looking. I honestly could have cried, trying on those clothes - they were beautiful, well made, and fit like they were made for me. It was a peaceful and very enjoyable experience. Nothing there is cheap - even with heavy discounts and deals, I ended up spending twice as much as Id originally budgeted for, but I feel it was well worth it to come away with the staples of a comfortable, attractive wardrobe, and a new appreciation for my curves. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Sharon Kendall We shopped at Penneys on Dec. 6. I am a bit handicapped, so needed my husband to help me try on clothes. Gladys was the clerk "womanning" the fitting room. She gave us a larger room and allowed us to take in all the clothes we had found. When I couldnt find slacks that fit well, she brought us back 2 pairs, 1 of them was just right. I had taken my "Grabber" to help pull up slacks, and inadvertently left it in the fitting room. My husband and I didnt discover that until we were leaving. He raced back to Womens clothing and there met Gladys again. She had our Grabber. She said she had found it when she checked our fitting room and held on to it so no one would take it. We were amazed that she had been so thoughtful! Gladys went above and beyond the norm in helping us! She is to be commended! Jim & Sharon Kendall

Stacey Ferguson I braved shopping with 2 young boys this past weekend and the girls truly couldn’t have been more helpful to try and buy me time to pick out a few things. I was even able to try on a pair of jeans. Thank you to the workers for going above and beyond!! It certainly did not go unnoticed. No other store I was in put in that kind of effort. It was much appreciated!! I will def be back, likely without the little ones next time around.
