5 /5 Michael: The employees are super nice and friendly. They always fit my size and their quality is stupendous! Some would say that Banana Republic is over their budget price, but it’s because Banana Republic’s quality is true to it’s name.

1 /5 Freddy Vazquez: Zero customer service, felt unwelcomed and got stares rather than help. They have much better service at Memorial City Mall location if youre looking for BR clothes.

5 /5 Stephanie: Even though I had to return the purchase I made online for store pick-up, Carrie went above and beyond to make sure that my return was processed and I was completely satisfied. Its very rare to receive exceptional customer service when youre returning something, versus buying something. Yet his attitude and sense of ownership (as if it were his responsibility or his own purchase), was impressive, and gives me a good memory and experience of shopping with Banana Republic as a whole. I rarely take time to write reviews, but my experience was stellar and I wanted to recognize him.
