5 /5 Hollie Greene: I cant brag enough about Sherrie Maynard. She helped me select the right clothing I needed for my son. She offered suggestions of items I never thought about. I was in and out in around 15 minutes but I didnt feel rushed. I left with what I needed and what I came for. Thank you Sherrie. I will be back.

5 /5 Meagan Dry: First time being in this location but it was an absolute clean store the workers Tisha and Laurie were the sweetest women I’ve ever met. They’ve been best friends for over 20 years and they run it together. They helped us with all of our needs and even find all of the deals there was a ton of clothes in Clarence marked down to as low as $1.99 so for anyone out there who has kids that grow super fast like mine I highly recommend this store.

5 /5 JENA HOENES: Out of all the Carters in the area, this Carters is my favorite because the story is always nice and neat and the staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the things I love most about this particular Carters store is that they always have the latest Carters Seasonal collections and styles available. Its also conveniently located near other stores and restaurants.

5 /5 Noah Tritz: Tisha was amazing! My wife ordered $150 of clothes for our kid directly from Carter’s and they shipped us someone else’s order. Not a single correction in the bag…. Way off. I took the clothes to the Conroe store and, long story short, Tisha called corporate with me, got me a refund, and went and grabbed everything that I had ordered that she had in her store off the rack. She honored the Internet price and was super sweet. Great customer service. She’s the only reason I’ll remain a customer of Carters. Thank you Tisha!
