3 /5 Kylie Gray: The selection of clothes is really great, but my experience with one of the associates upstairs was disappointing tonight. She kept asking if I was ready to try on/ check out. About an hour before closing, she pushed me to check out before I was ready. When I said I wanted to look at a few things downstairs first, she made a face and told me they needed to meet their quota for the day, so I should check out right then. It made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, even though it wasn’t close to closing time. I don’t think I’ve ever been asked to buy something so that a store could meet their quota. I’ve worked retail and never would be allowed to bring that up with a customer. I ended up spending over $200, but the interaction left me feeling so weird that I’m now considering returning everything.
